In Northern Transylvania, this attractive opportunity offers the possibility to start raising beef cattle or young stock with a relatively modest investment.
The project was originally developed by two men. Unfortunately, the livestock specialist passed away, while the other partner was involved in an accident. Although the project has been fully completed, the facilities have never yet been used for livestock.
The farm is located in a region with favourable rainfall conditions. The area itself is also very attractive, with its rolling, hilly landscape. Agricultural land prices are still relatively low, at approximately €5,000–6,000 per hectare.

The current owner has indicated that he is willing to support and assist the buyer during the first year after the takeover. He speaks German fluently.
By acquiring the SRL (Romanian limited liability company), the new owner may also become eligible to apply for new AFIR-funded projects, for example for investments in processing facilities and other future developments.
The farm is established 15 minutes from the bigger city (growing tourism) Bistrita.
