Interesting dairy farm with good potential and limited investment (Bistrita region)


The farm in the North of Romania is milking at the moment 60 cows and has 20 young stock. There are 109 boxes and 60 feeding places at the feeding fence. The construction plot is 1,5 ha, this can be increased. Average actual production is 28 liter. The farm has rented 100 ha of land for 10 years with a price of 800 kg pro year. Quite a new building, farm was finished in 2018 and has an Afimilk milking parlor (2 times 8). Farm will be sold including field equipment (2 Fendt).
